Cloud Creations is a corporation in the United States that implements Salesforce software for our customers. We employ a team of employees in the USA and in Peru. This job will be to support a US-based salesperson by attending sales calls, taking notes.
Profile:
Must be Intermediate or Advanced in English
Must have experience with software development or software applications
Must have at least one year with experience in technology project management
Functions:
Participate in conference calls/meetings, take notes, give advice directly to clients
Keep track of your time on a timecard and update project status in a CRM
Assign tasks to software developers, follow up, ensure those tasks are completed properly
Work with a business analyst, and report to the CEO of the company
Competencies:
Pro-active, you will be responsible for your own daily schedule
Leadership, you will be responsible for the work of your team
Manage business relationships with our partners

Requerimientos

• Educación mínima: Universitario
• 1 año de experiencia
• Idiomas: Inglés
• Edad: entre 22 y 50 años
• Conocimientos: Resolución de problemas, Trabajo en equipo, Microsoft Office
