Salary: S/.2,500.00 per month
Location: Remote (Peru-based applicants only)
Language Requirement: Native or Fluent in English (Required)
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Virtual Assistant (Medical experience preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Medical Assistant to support our healthcare practice remotely. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional administrative and patient support services.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling patient communications, coordinating with provider offices, and supporting our administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Handle incoming calls regarding appointments for our physicians
- Call patients to confirm upcoming visits and provide relevant instructions

2. Medical Records Management
- Contact primary care physician offices or hospitals to request patient facesheets
- Follow up with providers regarding referrals or missing documentation

3. Patient Services
- Respond to general inquiries from patients via phone or email
- Explain insurance claims and account balances to patients
- Process patient payments over the phone

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant (minimum 2 years required)
- Experience working with a U.S.-based medical practice is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and VoIP systems like RingCentral
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Must have your own reliable laptop and internet connection
- Must be available to work U.S. business hours
